Job Description
[Job responsibilities]]:
1. Be responsible for the business indicators such as the value-added service income of the project and the investment promotion of community advertising space;
2. Responsible for providing community group purchase and community convenience value-added service sales to the owners in the park;
3. Responsible for the development and negotiation of business resources in the same city;
4. Responsible for the maintenance of key business relationships and building online communities based on the needs of owners;
5. Based on the needs of the owners, co-ordinate marketing activities and investment experience.
[Job Requirements]]:
1. College degree or above, major in marketing or planning is preferred;
2. More than one year experience in similar positions in related industries;
3. Stress resistance, strong execution, good sales and business negotiation ability, activity organization and planning ability (experience in local business resources is preferred).
